These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Folderoo Operations, LLC (“Folderoo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a New Jersey-based company providing virtual and administrative support services nationwide and, in select cases, internationally. By using our services or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Scope of Services

Folderoo provides administrative support services including document preparation, file organization, task management, email support, CRM oversight, data entry, and more. Services are virtual by default. In-person services are available only under premium packages and with separate agreements.

  1. Payment Terms

Services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due on the schedule outlined in your proposal, invoice, or service package. Accepted payment methods may include credit card, ACH, or third-party processors. Prices are subject to change, but current clients will retain their existing rate unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Unused Time Policy

Any unused hours or services from prepaid packages do not roll over unless agreed to in writing. All sessions and services must be used during the designated service period.

  1. Communication & Support

Folderoo uses third-party platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Slack, email services) to communicate and share files. While we take reasonable measures to ensure privacy, we are not responsible for security breaches on those platforms.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing clear instructions and access to platforms or tools
  • Securing login credentials and sensitive data
  • Reviewing deliverables promptly
  • Notifying us of changes in scope, urgency, or access
  1. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, workflows, branding, mascots, characters, slogans, and systems created by or displayed on behalf of Folderoo Operations, LLC are proprietary. No material from this site or our services may be copied, distributed, or reused without express written consent.

  1. Subcontracting

We may engage qualified subcontractors or affiliates to assist in service delivery under our supervision. All subcontractors are bound by the same confidentiality standards.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Folderoo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. We do not guarantee results or business performance improvements. Clients acknowledge that administrative assistance is supportive and not advisory in nature.

  1. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we may experience outages, maintenance windows, or unplanned downtime. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party outages, force majeure, or client delays.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. If services are terminated before the end of a prepaid period, refunds may be issued at Folderoo’s sole discretion. Abuse, disrespect, or misuse of services may result in immediate suspension.

  1. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate court within New Jersey.

  1. Policy Reference & Consent

By engaging Folderoo, you also consent to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, DMCA Policy, and any additional agreements or guidelines provided. You are encouraged to review these documents at www.myfolderoo.com/legal or request a copy at any time.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
