What You’ll Do

  • Assist with organizing files, renaming documents, and structuring folders

  • Sit in on client meetings and help prep agendas or notes

  • Support with calendar maintenance and task follow-ups

  • Learn basic CRM updates and help track project progress

  • Try your hand at email support and client communications

  • Participate in internal brainstorms, content ideas, or operational improvements

  • Help keep the mascot (and team) in line. No pressure.

What You Bring

  • A curious, detail-oriented mindset (you’ve got list energy)

  • Great communication skills (even better listening skills)

  • Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets

  • Time management and a proactive attitude

  • Eagerness to learn new tools and adapt to startup life

  • Interest in operations, admin support, or business systems

Details

  • Remote & flexible — we’ll work around school or other schedules

  • ~10–15 hours per week

  • Internship runs August–November and January-May

  • You’ll get resume credit, real client exposure, and training from a top-tier admin team
