Refund & Cancellation Policy

Folderoo Operations, LLC (“Folderoo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides administrative support services under clear expectations and timelines. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which services may be canceled and refunds issued.

  1. General Policy

All service purchases, packages, and subscriptions are considered final once payment is processed. Due to the nature of virtual administrative work and the time allocated in advance, refunds are not automatically issued unless specified below.

  1. Cancellations by the Client

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to [email protected]. Depending on the status of the engagement:

  • If cancellation occurs before any work has begun, a refund minus a 10% processing fee may be issued.
  • If work has already started, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered or time already scheduled.
  • Any prepaid unused hours will not roll over unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
  1. Cancellations by Folderoo

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services in cases of:

  • Abuse or inappropriate behavior
  • Repeated lack of communication
  • Violations of our Terms & Conditions

In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion if prepaid time remains.

  1. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns. Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the issue with us in good faith. Disputed chargebacks without justification may result in service termination and legal follow-up.

  1. Custom Work & One-Time Projects

Custom deliverables (e.g., branding, document prep, system builds) are non-refundable once initiated. We provide clear project scopes in writing prior to kickoff to avoid confusion.
