These Copyright and Brand Licensing Terms govern the use of intellectual property owned by Folderoo Operations, LLC (“Folderoo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its affiliates. By accessing or using our content, materials, or brand elements in any way, you agree to comply with these terms.

  1. Intellectual Property Ownership

All brand-related materials, including but not limited to:

  • Logos, taglines, mascots, and slogans
  • Website content, graphics, and layouts
  • Marketing materials, downloadable documents, and templates
  • Audio, video, social media content, and animations

are the sole and exclusive property of Folderoo Operations, LLC, protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

Folderoo may issue limited written licenses to affiliates, collaborators, or contractors to use brand assets in alignment with approved usage. All such licenses are revocable and non-transferable.

If you have been granted permission to use our materials, you must:

  • Follow provided brand guidelines
  • Credit Folderoo as the source where applicable
  • Immediately cease use upon request
  1. Mascot & Character Protection

All characters, animated elements, and mascots used by Folderoo are original creations and protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use, replication, or modification is strictly prohibited.

  1. Enforcement & Legal Remedies
