Folderoo may utilize:

  • AI-assisted tools for email drafting, scheduling, file naming, and content formatting
  • Automated workflows for task routing and recurring reminders
  • Third-party AI platforms (e.g., Google Workspace features, scheduling bots, document analysis tools)

These tools are used to complement—not replace—human oversight and judgment.

While automation helps us work more efficiently:

  • Every client-facing output is reviewed by a trained team member before delivery
  • Strategic decisions, sensitive communication, and high-impact tasks are handled manually unless otherwise agreed

AI systems used by Folderoo do not make autonomous decisions affecting clients’ business, finances, or legal compliance. All decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

  • Folderoo has approved the tool’s use for that purpose

We are not responsible for any breach or data loss caused by unauthorized third-party tool use or improper client inputs.
