Service Limitations Notice

Folderoo Operations, LLC (“Folderoo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to delivering high-quality administrative support services to our clients. However, certain limitations apply to the nature and scope of our work. This notice is intended to clarify these boundaries and ensure mutual understanding.

  1. Scope of Services

Folderoo provides virtual administrative assistance including but not limited to: document organization, file handling, calendar maintenance, email management, CRM updates, task tracking, and related support services. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or business consulting advice unless specifically stated in writing.

  1. External Platforms and Third-Party Tools

We utilize third-party platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft SharePoint, Canva, Dropbox, Slack, and others. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Downtime, errors, or data loss caused by those platforms
  • Security breaches or privacy issues outside our control
  • Client misuse or improper credential handling
  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Granting proper and secure access to necessary platforms
  • Maintaining the security of login credentials and shared tools
  • Promptly reviewing deliverables and communicating changes
  1. Platform-Specific Risks

Folderoo does not control platform-specific terms, software updates, or security vulnerabilities. Clients are expected to stay informed on terms and risks associated with platforms they choose to integrate into their workflows.

  1. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events

We are not liable for service delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, government restrictions, third-party disruptions, or technical failures.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Folderoo is not liable for loss of business, data, or revenue arising from service use or temporary unavailability. Our role is to assist, not to guarantee outcomes.

  1. Acceptance

Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these limitations. This notice is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions.
