Testimonial & Content Release Consent

Effective Date: July 7, 2025

By submitting a testimonial, participating in an interview, sharing a review, tagging Folderoo Operations, LLC (“Folderoo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) on social media, or appearing in publicly available media involving our brand, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Grant of Rights

You grant Folderoo the unrestricted, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, edit, and otherwise utilize your:

  • Written testimonials
  • Video or audio submissions
  • Photographs, likeness, or voice
  • Social media content tagging or referencing Folderoo

This use may include promotional materials, advertisements, social media posts, website placement, newsletters, and other marketing efforts.

  1. Attribution & Edits

We may choose to:

  • Display your name, business name, title, and/or profile photo
  • Edit submissions for clarity, grammar, or formatting without altering meaning

If anonymity is requested, we will make reasonable efforts to honor that request.

  1. Voluntary Participation

Your submission or appearance is entirely voluntary. You affirm that:

  • You are over 18 years of age
  • You own or have rights to the content you’re submitting
  • You are not violating any contracts or rights of third parties
  1. No Compensation

You understand that no payment, royalty, or compensation will be made for the use of your testimonial or appearance, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

  1. Content Ownership

Folderoo remains the owner of any branded content, promotional materials, videos, or edited assets that include your contribution. You may request removal of a testimonial or appearance at any time, and we will make reasonable efforts to comply.
