Testimonial & Content Release Consent
Effective Date: July 7, 2025
By submitting a testimonial, participating in an interview, sharing a review, tagging Folderoo Operations, LLC (“Folderoo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) on social media, or appearing in publicly available media involving our brand, you agree to the following terms:
- Grant of Rights
You grant Folderoo the unrestricted, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, edit, and otherwise utilize your:
- Written testimonials
- Video or audio submissions
- Photographs, likeness, or voice
- Social media content tagging or referencing Folderoo
This use may include promotional materials, advertisements, social media posts, website placement, newsletters, and other marketing efforts.
- Attribution & Edits
We may choose to:
- Display your name, business name, title, and/or profile photo
- Edit submissions for clarity, grammar, or formatting without altering meaning
If anonymity is requested, we will make reasonable efforts to honor that request.
- Voluntary Participation
Your submission or appearance is entirely voluntary. You affirm that:
- You are over 18 years of age
- You own or have rights to the content you’re submitting
- You are not violating any contracts or rights of third parties
- No Compensation
You understand that no payment, royalty, or compensation will be made for the use of your testimonial or appearance, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- Content Ownership
Folderoo remains the owner of any branded content, promotional materials, videos, or edited assets that include your contribution. You may request removal of a testimonial or appearance at any time, and we will make reasonable efforts to comply.
