What You’ll Do
Triage and manage client emails like a digital ninja
Organize files and documents across Google Drive, SharePoint, etc.
Maintain calendars, book meetings, and prep agendas
Create task lists and follow-ups like a productivity detective
Take meeting notes and turn them into action
Handle data entry, CRM updates, and light bookkeeping
Assist with client support, progress tracking, and task coordination
Occasionally make clients say, “WOW, that was fast!”
What You Bring
Excellent written communication (you reply to emails with precision and grace)
Strong attention to detail (typos fear you)
Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools
Self-starter energy — you take initiative and follow through
A love for structure, systems, and solving problems
Bonus points if you’ve worked with ClickUp, Trello, CRMs, or have a favorite label color in Gmail

100% Remote
Flexible hours — just meet deadlines and stay communicative
Part-time (approx. 10–20 hrs/week to start, with room to grow)
