What You’ll Do

  • Triage and manage client emails like a digital ninja

  • Organize files and documents across Google Drive, SharePoint, etc.

  • Maintain calendars, book meetings, and prep agendas

  • Create task lists and follow-ups like a productivity detective

  • Take meeting notes and turn them into action

  • Handle data entry, CRM updates, and light bookkeeping

  • Assist with client support, progress tracking, and task coordination

  • Occasionally make clients say, “WOW, that was fast!”

What You Bring

  • Excellent written communication (you reply to emails with precision and grace)

  • Strong attention to detail (typos fear you)

  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools

  • Self-starter energy — you take initiative and follow through

  • A love for structure, systems, and solving problems

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with ClickUp, Trello, CRMs, or have a favorite label color in Gmail

  • 100% Remote

  • Flexible hours — just meet deadlines and stay communicative

  • Part-time (approx. 10–20 hrs/week to start, with room to grow)
